Program Start: May 28, 2016
Program Schedule: Mondays at 5:30 p.m. & Saturdays at 7:45 a.m.
Goal Race: Water to Wine Half Marathon
Program Fee: $99, $79 for returning participants
Description: The half marathon training program meets twice a week and are designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. Each program incorporates educational components, speakers, expert coaching, mentoring and pacing to help inspire and motivate you along the journey. Information Meeting: Monday, May 16 at 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet Sports.
