Get ready to reboot your body with Fleet Feet Sports Santa Rosa. Never get bored, every dynamic and engaging workout is different. Designed for all fitness levels, this program will help you gain strength and endurance. Find confidence and motivation this spring and summer!
The group meets on Tuesdays on Channel Drive. Run or run/walk 2 to 5 miles. Coach will provide training plan based on your fitness level.
The group also meets on Thursdays at Montgomery High School Track. The track workouts include two “workout stations.” Each week will incorporate different exercises focused on building strength and endurance.
