Saturday Training Runs (Fall 2017)

Program Start: Saturday, October 21, 7:30 a.m.
Program Schedule: Saturdays at 7:30 a.m.
Goal Race: No
Program Fee: $50, to be donated to North Bay Fire Relief Fund
Description: We will meet as a group Saturday mornings. Not training for any particular race but if you need a schedule for a particular race, let Coach Kathleen know. All the courses will be out & back and marked for 6, 8 and 10 miles. Come join the fun and continue running through a busy time of year.
