Co-ed 12-week Run/Walk or Run program for beginning level runners who are currently inactive or minimally active to complete a 5K and a co-ed 12-week run/walk or run program for those runners ready to challenge the 10K distance.

Women’s Groups
12-week program designed for beginning and intermediate level runners using the run/walk method to complete a 5k or 10k. Participants will benefit from the support and motivation of a group. Now, you no longer have to be intimidated by running!
This physician-developed RUN/WALK plan allows women of all ages and fitness levels to gradually ease into running. We encourage women to exercise at their own comfortable pace.

10k Co-ed Group
A run/walk program for those who wish to complete a 10k. This 12-week program is co-ed and is available to those who have done a 5k and want to challenge the next distance or those who want to improve on past 10k performances.

A 12-week run/walk program to take you from 10K to half marathon distance.
Goal Race is the Windsor Half Marathon May 23, 2010
Informational Meeting: Feb. 24th at 5:30pm
Group meets:
Sundays at 8 AM and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM
(First run is Sunday, February 28th)
*participants should have completed a 10K prior to joining this group

Half Marathon Group
A 12-week running program to take you from 5 miles to half marathon distance.
Training routes will be a combination of trails and roads
Goal Race is the Windsor Half Marathon May 23, 2010
Informational Meeting: Saturday Feb. 27th @ 9am
Group meets:
Sundays at 8 AM and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM
(First run is Sunday, March 7th)
*participants should be able to run 5 miles in under 60 minutes
