Owner Rhonda Roman has been fitting running shoes since 1996. She started fitting shoes when she was 16! (kidding). During the rare moments Rhonda is away from her first baby, Fleet Feet Santa Rosa, she is home parenting her second and third children, Madeline and Avery. During her spare time, she enjoys long trail runs in Annadel State Park.
Melody picked up her first pair of running shoes at Fleet Feet Sports during her freshman cross-country season. She competed in cross-country and track in high school and at SRJC, and received her B.A. in journalism in 2011 from Point Loma University in San Diego. She joined the Fleet Feet team in 2012, and serves as the marketing manager at the Santa Rosa store. She recently completed three half marathons and her first marathon, and coaches for Montgomery and Rincon Valley Christian's cross-country & track teams. She also enjoys writing for the Fleet Feet Sports blog and the Press Democrat.
Kathleen was born and raised in San Francisco, California. She tried running, but never really enjoyed it. In 2004, things changed. She quit smoking, started running and joined Team in Training in 2004 to run a half marathon. She thought she was too old to run a full marathon, but the training worked and she ran a half in October and a full marathon in December 2004. She has since ran nine marathons and 30+ half marathons. Becoming a runner has been a life changing experience for her.
Kathleen became an assistant coach in 2007 and coached five seasons with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program. She also served as an assistant coach for Fleet Feet’s 5K and 10K groups in 2007 and 2008 and a half marathon group in 2009. She became head coach of Fleet Feet’s training groups in 2011. She loves being a coach and helping people meet their goals.
Kathleen is also a certified running coach through Road Runners Club of America, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and RX Running.
Hi, my name is Daniel. I have been a runner since a wee little boy. I ran track and cross country for Montgomery High School. I worked at Fleet Feet during my senior year of high school before going to Humboldt State University where I graduated with a degree in geology. I love the outdoors, so if you don't see me in the store, you can find me in Annadel.
I am 19 years old and I am currently finishing up my freshman year at Santa Rosa Junior College. I have played soccer for 13 years and am now playing for the SRJC Women's Soccer Team. On my free time I love to go out on runs and on long hikes, as well as hanging out with my friends and family. I am bilingual, very friendly and an outgoing person. I started working at Fleet Feet Sports in Spring of 2016, it is a wonderful place with some awesome staff. I can't wait to see what Fleet Feet has in store for me.
My name is Marina and I am a senior at Sonoma State University. I'm currently studying Biology and Psychology with hopes to pursue graduate school. Some of my hobbies include hiking, swimming, and exploring new places. In addition, I also enjoy animals and traveling. After backpacking through Santa Cruz, I fell in love with the trail and hope to take up trail running in the near future. I love to live a positive lifestyle outdoors and I look forward to helping you find your passion as well.
My name is Joelle Eberhart and I have been a lifelong athlete. I was never fast but found enjoyment in being active. Originally I was a runner for Montgomery’s Cross Country team all four years of high school. I became a biker the same year as running thanks to my dad who got me into endurance road biking. Rode my bike all the way to San Francisco and back that year at age 14 -140 miles in two days. My sophomore year I became a swimmer since it was all I was missing to be a triathlete, and joined the swim team for two years swimming the 500m. Now, I run half marathons up in Annadel, bike with friends and still occasionally with my dad, swim across lakes and rivers for fun, and train for the occasional triathlon. Oh yeah, and find time to be a full time student at Santa Rosa Junior College. Fleet Feet is so wonderful. Hearing everyone’s stories who come through the store motivates me to stay out there!
Suzanne has been at Fleet Feet for four years during which time she has worked as a fitter, an assistant coach and the watchful tracker of the socks and Superfeet insoles.
She also works as a musician and music teacher in the area. Trail running is really her escape of choice... She's the one in the Fleet Feet Shirt and hat that goes up hill really slowly just so that she can have the fun of bombing back down again.
See you on the trails!
Wes has been working at Fleet Feet Sports Santa Rosa since June 2016. He has been running track and cross-country since his sophomore year. His events in track are the 800m, 1600m and 3200m. During the 2016 track season, he was the 3200m league champion and during the cross-country season he qualified for the CIF State Championships. In his spare time, he does some music recording from home.
Hi, my name is Jocelyn Mobley, and I have been running for the past 5 years. I started my running career the track season of my freshmen year of high school and since then I have been hooked. Running has not only kept me healthy, but has also introduced me to some of the most inspiring and kind-hearted people. Being on the Santa Rosa Junior College's Cross Country team has also made the transition into college easier. I am truly thankful for the opportunities that running has brought into my life from the unforgettable crazy meet experiences to being able to work with something I love. As Confucius said it best, "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life." Hope to see you all in the store and out on the trails soon!
My name is Josh Palmgren. I am 18 years old and a full time student and athlete at Santa Rosa Junior College. I have been on staff at Fleet Feet Santa Rosa for nearly 2 years and have loved every moment of it. I fell in love with running during my first track season my junior year in high school at RVC. I currently run cross-country and track at SRJC. I am a Communications major and have plans to transfer to Chico State in the Fall of 2018. Long term, I would like to become an occupational therapist and work with children who have learning disabilities.
Other than running, my hobbies include photography, helping out with the store's social media output, finding the newest and hottest beats, and hanging out with my favorite co-worker, Patrick Temple!
Hi, I’m Josh Pine. Running (or should I say distance running) is my passion. I graduated from Montgomery High School where I ran cross country and track for three years. I currently am an assistant coach for cross country and track at Montgomery, and will compete for SRJC in track this spring. In school, I plan to major in history. P.S. I like memes.
I have been running for 7 years in all different distances. I have run everything from the 400m in track, to a 50k. I currently attend Windsor High school where I run Track and am the team captain for the Cross Country team. I have a passion for everything outdoors and plan to be a runner as long as I am physically able. I have also been a part of several training groups and group runs at Fleet Feet. I view running not only as an excellent pass time, but as a way to stay healthy and inspire people to be their best self. To do this, I have coached my own 5k training group for middle school aged girls and organized my own 5k charity run to raise money for education in Nicaragua.
Hi! I'm Megan. I couldn't be more excited to be working at Fleet Feet, and I can't wait to help the runners of Sonoma County find great running shoes and accessories!
A little bit about me: I run for fun in my spare time and I play soccer for SRJC. Soccer is my favorite sport and I've been playing for 11 years. In the past, I played for and attended Petaluma High School and am currently studying at SRJC. I love the outdoors and staying in shape and I can't wait to help people who love being fit too!

My name is Ali. I got the "running bug" my senior year in high school. I decided to try out for cross country and track at the SRJC and loved every minute of it. I enjoy doing all sports. I grew up swimming, playing soccer, volleyball and tennis. I graduated from UC Davis, where I earned my B.S. in Nutrition and was part of the triathlon club.
I have a passion for nutrition, health and fitness. Currently, I am working towards becoming a physical therapist.
Hello, my name is Michael and I have been a competitive runner and biker that is ultra-passionate about any gear or services that can benefit my exercise or daily life. I also love to hike and be outdoors with great people. Being able to help people along the journey to exercise, bettering their health, or even just to getting through their day at work with more comfort makes me happy. After receiving my B.S. in Marketing I have come back to Santa Rosa to enjoy the wine, outdoors and great people. I want to meet more people who can teach me about themselves and will continue to progress on how I can better help them at Fleet Feet. Cheers to happy trails and enjoying the outdoors, no matter what method you use to enjoy them!
